Hustle for that muscle. ??

I always stop running at the 25 min mark on the treadmill, thinking its close enough to 30 mins of cardio ??‍♀️. Today I pushed that extra 5 mins, and it made all the difference.

Too often we judge our selves (especially our post baby selves), guilting away that we are not spending enough time/energy with our kids/family.
.
My inspiration growing up was Serena Williams? She is a mother too now, and totally crushed it a few weekends ago, making it to the finals of Wimbledon a few months after she had a beautiful baby girl.

She’s a great example that the dreams you had before having kids, don’t have to go away. ?‍?
?
Aim higher.
?
Think about who is watching you.
?
Who are you working (out) for?
?
Serve those dreams up and crush them…don’t let them get away ??????
